Sheffield Beach - North of Ballito

Salt Rock is growing fast. Over the past decade, the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal has seen its population double, with up to 60 new families putting down roots each month. It’s a community on the move – vibrant, dynamic, and full of potential.

As the area grows, so does the pressure on local infrastructure – especially schools. More than 3,000 children are enrolled in private or fee-paying primary schools, and over 1,300 attend high schools – many of which are oversubscribed. On top of that, daily commutes are becoming increasingly difficult as traffic builds.

Seaton House is being built to meet this need – a school designed with clear intention, from pre-primary through to high school. Nestled between Salt Rock and Sheffield Beach, it will have direct access via the new Seaton Interchange, meaning Seaton House will be seamlessly connected to the North Coast’s growing network.

More than just a place of learning, it will offer local families something deeply valuable: the opportunity for children to grow up and learn close to home, with space to thrive and a true sense of belonging.
