For planning purposes, we are sharing our current fee structure for 2026, which is subject to standard annual increases, including inflation, through to 2027. This is intended to help parents plan and benchmark with greater clarity and confidence.
Application Fee:
A R600 per student is payable upon submitting the application.
Uniforms:
Will be available for purchase at our on-site uniform shop.
Stationery and Book Fees:
Lists will be provided to guide and support you in the process.
Notes:
The fees set out above apply to the 2026 school year. Fees for 2027 shall be determined and approved by the Board of Governors and are expected to increase in line with educational inflation; however, any change remains subject to final Board approval.
An early-payment discount on the full annual fee applies as follows: 6% if paid in full on or before 30th November; 5.0% if paid in full on or before 31 December; 4.5% if paid in full on or before 31 January. Discounts apply only to full annual payments and cannot be combined with other offers.
A 5% sibling discount applies to the school fees of each sibling of the first (eldest) child enrolled. The discount applies to tuition fees only and remains in force while the eldest enrolled child is attending the school; it will cease when that child leaves.
The fees set out in this Schedule exclude the non-refundable acceptance fee of R4,000.00, payable on acceptance of an offer of admission, and the Grade 12 Independent Examinations Board (IEB) examination fee. The IEB examination fee is prescribed by the IEB and, where applicable, shall be payable in addition to the fees set out above. Seaton House will notify parents/guardians in writing of the amount and due date of the IEB examination fee once confirmed.
