Application Steps

1. 1. Submit your details online (best done via a web browser).

   2. Upload the required documents:

      • Child’s unabridged birth certificate

      • Both parents’ ID documents

      • Proof of application fee payment

      • Most recent school report

   3. Pay the application fee:

      • First child: R600

      • Additional siblings: R400 each
        (use surname, grade, and year as reference)

   4. Once processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation and details of upcoming open events.

Interviews & Assessments

At Seaton House, every application will include a warm welcome and an opportunity for us to get to know your child. Applicants may be invited to an interview and asked to complete an age-appropriate assessment, which may be verbal or written depending on their stage and report.

• Grade 0000 – R: a brief, friendly conversation.

• Grades 1–7: a short verbal or written activity, simply to help us understand how your child learns.

• College applications (Grades 8–12): we request the two most recent school reports, and where there are barriers to learning, a psychometric report, so that we can discuss the right support and interventions.

The purpose of these steps is not to exclude, but to ensure each scholar is well supported from the start.

Acceptance Fee

If offered a place, a non-refundable R4,000 acceptance fee is due with the signed enrolment contract.
