About Us

A new kind of school is taking shape on the North Coast.

Seaton House will be a co-educational, independent school offering a continuous journey from Grade 0000 to Grade 12. Rooted in a Christian ethos and open to all, it will provide a holistic, future-focused education that balances academic excellence with meaningful opportunities in sport, the arts, and personal growth.

  • An independent, non-profit structure – guided by purpose, not profit.

  • A 25-hectare campus where scholars can move, grow, and explore.

  • Biophilic design – connecting scholars to nature through light and landscape.
  • Innovative teaching that weaves together AI and future-ready skills.
  • A team committed to hand-picking skilled educators – experts in their fields who are passionate about learning, and the lives they help shape.
“Make no little plans; they have no magic to stir men’s blood and probably will not themselves be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone will be a living thing, asserting itself with ever growing insistency. Remember that our sons and grandsons are going to do things that would stagger us.”  Daniel Burnham

Our vision

To build more than a school – to create a model of education that brings lasting hope and inspires change far beyond our campus.

We see a future where bold steps taken today ripple outward – shaping young lives, strengthening families and communities.

Our Mission

To serve our community by building a school rooted in purpose, integrity, and impact.

Together with REACH-SA, Christ Church North Coast, and Khanyisa Inanda Seminary Community Projects, we’re combining extensive educational experience with strong local partnerships – using our shared commitment towards education to create lasting change.
